La Grange man, 30, arrested for fentanyl distribution charges
A 30-year-old La Grange man was arrested earlier this week on fentanyl distribution charges.
After a brief foot chase on Lang Skinner Drive in La Grange on Tuesday, Tyler Keith Taylor was arrested following a narcotics investigation by the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office narcotics unit and LCSO A-Shift deputies. Lang Skinner Drive is a known narcotics distribution location in La Grange.
Taylor received four charges of trafficking opium/heroin and one charge of conspiring to traffic opium/heroin. He was transported to the Lenoir County Jail and received a secured bond.
