Vehicle B&E leads to arrests

KPD Officers responded to a report of a vehicle B&E on the 300 N Herritage Street. Officers met with the local business owners and obtained video evidence of two offenders. The offenders were identified as Jercasstall Lawson (47 of Kinston) and Johnnie Phillips (48 of Kinston). KPD Officers obtained warrants on Lawson and Phillips. The warrants were served and both offenders were placed in the LC Jail.

-B&E&L from a Motor Vehicle

-Felony Conspiracy

-Financial Card Theft
