Public Notice: Proposed Changes to Housing Authority Policies Open for Review

The Annual Plan, Five Year Plan, Capital Fund Five Year Action Plan, and proposed changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Kinston, North Carolina is available for review for 45 days beginning July 29, 2024 at the Central Office located at 608 North Queen Street, Kinston, North Carolina and all Public Housing Managers’ Offices: 1. A public hearing to present the Plan and further public comments will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the Central Office of the Authority located at 608 North Queen Street, Kinston, North Carolina.
