Hawkins graduates from Bismarck State College in Spring 2024

BISMARCK, ND (08/09/2024)-- Annette Hawkins, Kinston, N.C., graduated from Bismarck State College, in Bismarck, N.D., with a Certificate in Web Page Development and Design during the college's 84th commencement ceremony on May 10, 2024, at the Bismarck Event Center.

The 2024 BSC Commencement speaker was BSC Athletics Hall of Fame inductee Deb Hoistad. Originally from Havana, N.D., Hoistad was a Mystics three-sport athlete from 1975 to 1977. The student speaker was Kaia Lehman from Dickinson, N.D., graduating with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Graphic Design and Communications.

Students who completed the coursework to earn degrees from BSC in Fall 2023 and Summer 2024 were also eligible to walk across the stage during the commencement ceremony to receive their diplomas. The ceremony is available to view on the BSC website.
