GOLDSBORO - 3HC Board Chair, Shirley Harkey, DHA, RN, FACHE, sent notice to 3HC’s Executive Team on Monday, September 16, 2024, announcing the appointment of Jennifer J. Whitley, MSN, RN, FNP-C as President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 17, 2024.
