Public Notice: Notice of Town of La Grange Public Hearing

TOWN OF LA GRANGE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to N.G.G.S §160-D-406 and N.G.G.S §160-D-601 the Public shall take notice that on October 7th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., during its regular meeting, the La Grange Town Council will hold a public hearing at the La Grange Town Hall, 203 South Center Street, La Grange, North Carolina. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments on a Special Use Permit application from BVA Builders for Duplex Townhomes to be located on four parcels in the vicinity of 306 King Street, La Grange, NC (specifically parcels 15191, 15192, 15193, and 15222).
