Eric Lawrence to Speak at Social Media Summit 2025 on AI in Education

On January 31, the Social Media Summit 2025 (SMS2025) will gather marketing professionals, industry experts, and entrepreneurs at Lenoir Community College for a one-day event focusing on AI’s transformative role in social media marketing. Among the featured speakers is Eric Lawrence, Director of Growth & Partnerships at Imaginovation, LLC, a B2B software and app development company known for creating award-winning digital solutions.

Hosted by Magic Mile Media in collaboration with Lenoir Community College’s Small Business Center and Visit Kinston, SMS2025 will center on the theme, “AI + Social: Innovate | Automate | Dominate.” The summit aims to equip attendees with actionable strategies, industry insights, and networking opportunities to drive success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Lawrence, who has over eight years of experience in digital marketing and more than three years in AI and custom software development, expressed enthusiasm about contributing to the summit. “I’d like to participate to help be a thought leader in AI and software development as well as to build business connections with others in NC,” he said.

At Imaginovation, Lawrence specializes in simplifying the process of turning ideas into viable products, helping businesses address critical challenges through custom web and mobile apps. His presentation at SMS2025 will focus on “AI in Education,” specifically on the importance of owning and leveraging data to its fullest potential.

Looking ahead, Lawrence sees himself continuing to innovate with Imaginovation. “I see myself still at Imaginovation, and the company having adapted and grown with the AI technology surrounding us,” he shared.
