Kinston police seek suspect in Airport Road shooting
The Kinston Police Department’s (KPD) Investigations Division has obtained warrants for Jamarion Tylee Gray (21, of Kinston) in connection with a shooting that occurred on March 3, 2025, on the 300 block of Airport Road.
Gray is wanted for Common Law Robbery and Assault With a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury.
On March 3, 2025, officers from KPD’s D-Squad responded to reports of a gunshot wound on Airport Road. Upon arrival, they discovered a 23-year-old victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg. The victim received medical treatment, and an investigation was launched by KPD’s Investigations Division.
