Global TransPark Fuel Farm nears completion
By the end of 2024, major progress had been made on the new fuel farm at the North Carolina Global TransPark. Contractors completed tank coatings, pipe fabrication, and line connections. With tank crews demobilized, final grading, concrete, and asphalt work are underway. The project is expected to wrap up in early 2025.
Located near the 11,500-ft runway, the 500,000-gallon fuel farm will support the growing fuel demands of new tenants and anticipated airport expansion, boosting the region’s aviation infrastructure.
