Kinston traffic stop leads to methamphetamine possession arrest

Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page:

Officers encountered Gina Luker (44, Kinston) on a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, officers located narcotics. Luker was arrested and charged with the following:

-Possession of Methamphetamine

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-Order for Arrest (failure to appear on a previous charge)
