Lenoir County Farmer’s Market

Lenoir County Farmer’s Market update for Saturday, August 4, 2023. The Market is open between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Saturday.

We are all so thankful to our farmers who stock their Farmers Market tables with fresh fruit and vegetables, so that we may serve fresh fruit and vegetables at our table. The Farmers Market gives the farmers a venue to sell their produce in a congenial atmosphere. It is a great place to mingle with people in the community. Go down to Heritage Street to enjoy the happy place and support our local farmers and craftsmen. Celebrate Farmers Market Week.

SATURDAY IS THE DAY THAT SERAPHIM RETURNS WITH THOSE DELICIOUS CINNAMON ROLLS. THEY ARE HUGE AND FILLED WITH FLAVOR. COME EARLY TO GET YOURS.

Arte: "Works of Arte Tees" (written by vendor)

My name is Walter James Blanford, Jr. I am a native of Kinston and now a renewed resident of Kinston, NC. I am a Christian, an artist, a writer, and a strength trainer. I am also the owner of Arte Del Fitness, LLC. I AM selling these T-shirts and taking orders for them to promote my business, as well as promoting my hometown's desire and plans to build Kinston up as an arts hub. It is also my purpose to encourage people in these times by letting them know that each one of them is God's very own work of Arte. I AM selling them for $20 each or two for $30. I create long sleeve and short sleeve shirts. They are 100% cotton. Also, it is only the first in a series of three designs that I plan to create. I AM raising money for my business to get a location here in Kinston. Thank you for supporting me in giving to Christian business, black business, and local business, and making opportunities for youth and citizens of this community! And remember our mission statement: "Here to build YOU up!" And our vision statement: 1 Timothy 4:8 – "For bodily exercise profiteth little, but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life."

Good morning, This is an assortment of Mini Bundt Cakes Gwendolyn Grace Cookies and More will have at the Lenoir County Farmers Market on Saturday. Gwendolyn gladly accepts advance orders.

TJ DESIGNS

Look at these gorgeous fresh-cut sunflowers. Teri will have them for sale on Saturday. Sunflowers create such a happy look when they are put in a vase and displayed in your home. Stop by early to get some. Teri will have her charming home accessories and crafts on display this week. Be sure to stop by to admire (and buy!) her handiwork.

KETTLE STYLE SNACKS will have pork skins, fried peanuts, and delicious funnel cakes. If you haven't tried one yet, do yourself a favor and "just do it"!

B & B Eggs and Crafts will be at the market this Saturday with summer-designed crafts, some with beachy motifs, and wonderful farm-fresh eggs. Sandra will also have LOCAL wildflower honey. Try some. It is delicious and has all the local pollens that give it the health benefits related to allergies.

SANDRA IS IN NEED OF CLEAN EGG CARTONS... THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO RECYCLE!
