flyExclusive announced today that it is acquiring Sky Night LLC, an owner and operator of Gulfstream aircraft. The acquisition adds large-cabin charter to flyExclusive’s growing portfolio of light, mid, super-mid and heavy jets and extends the company’s reach with on-demand, long-range service for both domestic and international travel. Sky Night will be rebranded as flyExclusive International.
