Monteze Rodriguez Nelson, 44, and Jalesia Madrid Nelson, 33, both of 1609 George Ave., Kinston, were each charged with second degree arson, felony conspiracy, insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretense. All eight charges are felonies.

Not only were we able to go from a 6/9E to a 5/9E (lower numbers are better!), but we were also able to utilize our new tanker truck to be graded by the water haul method.
