The missing Person reported is Jakyra Bryant. She is 16 years old with black hair and brown eyes. Her height is 5'2” her her weight is 105. She was last seen: 03/02/2024 at 500 BLK E Washington Ave wearing black and white jacket with blue jeans and pink and white shoes. Possible location to be is on Dixon Street and/or George Avenue. The Kinston Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating 66-year-old Gary Jones, who was last seen near the Adkin Street Apartments. Jones, described as having a height of 6'02", was wearing a red sweater, gray shirt, and dark blue jeans with a notable gold accent on the front at the time of his disappearance.

The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a missing person in the Gray Tilghman Road area of Kinston.
The Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page.
Alex is believed to be in the Greene County area, but also has ties to the Kinston and Goldsboro areas. He is 6’4” and approximately 200 pounds. If you have any information about Alex please call GPD, 252-329-4300.

Dakota Gray has been missing since July 24, 2021. He was last seen near the Queen Street bridge over the Neuse River. The Kinston Police Department has searched for Gray in and around the Neuse River. Gray is a 22-year-old white male with hazel eyes and brown hair. He weighs 140 lbs and stands 5'6. He has tattoos on his left forearm, chest, and left-hand knuckles. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and steel-toed boots.
The Kinston Police Department is searching for Mrs. Koutrina Brown who was reported missing on 01/04/2021 and last seen on 12/31/2020. Mrs. Brown is known to frequent the Doctors Drive area and the Plaza.
UPDATE: Missing person located
Original story: On November 30, 2019, the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office was notified of a missing person who was last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. on that same date. Yazmin Concepcion Villanueva-Guzman, was last seen at her home in Pink Hill, NC.
The Kinston Police Department is currently searching for a missing person who left a group home shortly before 3:00 pm today. Tyrone Evans, 55 years of age, is mentally disabled and doesn't have family in the area. He doesn't have transportation and is believed to be walking somewhere in the Carey Road and Vernon Avenue area.
Kinston Police are looking for a missing person named Quentin Earl Moore. Moore is known to frequent the City of Kinston and other areas in Lenoir County. Moore was last known to be driving a 1995 Buick Roadmaster that is burgundy in color.
