Authorities arrived at Kinston High School after the School Resource Officer (SRO) requested assistance after students got into a fight. Local law enforcement assisted and the situation is over. The school is secure. Officers remained on site and are walking the halls. In addition to the fight, someone pulled the fire alarm.

EB Frink Middle School social studies teacher Chadwick Stokes will join 16 other educators from across the state in a highly selective fellowship program designed to enhance their teaching of issues related to and emanating from the nation’s founding.
