It is the School System’s intention to select a Design Consultant for the design of a new intermediate school. The school will be located in La Grange, North Carolina. Information required to respond to this RFQ is available on the school system’s website at: www.lcpsnc.org. Design firms wishing to be considered for this project are requested to submit their qualifications per the instructions on the website by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

Feb 14 Breaking and entering leads to two in custody after three hour manhunt

Lenoir County Sheriff’s office reported there was a Breaking and Entering on the 400 block Arron Johnson Road. Linda Liddell Pate was taken in custody on the scene. Curtis Liddell Pate fled the scene and was apprehended after a three-hour manhunt.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Phillips Family Cemetery in Trenton.
