Help wanted: Director of planning, inspections and safety

Director of Planning, Inspections and Safety - Performs building, electrical, mechanical & plumbing code inspections & enforce code compliance. Responsible for compliance with OSHA regulations; Flood Damage Prevention; and Minimum Housing Code Enforcement and other assigned duties.

Starting Salary DOQ.

Applicants for this job must possess a valid NC License. Level I inspection certifications or ability to obtain certification within one year is required. Current benefits include paid vacation, sick, and holidays, Local Government Retirement, health, dental, and life insurance.
