Real Property Tax Appraiser II: Regular; Full-time

Starting salary: $32,053-$56,563

This position performs limited supervisory and technical work in appraising land, residential buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, and building improvements for tax assessment purposes.

Minimum training and experience includes graduation from high school, supplemented by special training in real property assessing, and 3 to 5 years of experience in real property appraisal; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
