As we move into fall, the vegetable selection changes. This week The Smiths will have local turnip salad, squash, sweet potatoes and a few pumpkins. They will have  local honey and a variety of their delicious jarred items. Of course, they will have a selection of non local items, as well.

The Seasoned Sister will tempt us with yummy fudge, small pound cakes and packages of 18 mini sweet potato ham biscuits ! Wow ! She will also have her all natural cookies, soaps and lotion.

Happy Hearts Elderberry Syrup. Elderberry syrup is all natural and proven to help with immune support. High in antioxidants and has many other health benefits.  Mom made ~ Kid Craved. http://www.happyheartelderberry.com
