Perry Management announced on Facebook that they brokered a deal with Tractor Supply for a property on Hwy 70 across from Lenoir Community College and beside Taco Bell in Kinston. They will be building a new location to replace their current location in Kinston.

"We are excited that they are going to be expanding in Kinston and building a new facility," said Gram Spear, Vice President of Real Estate with Perry Management. "We were happy to help them do the land search and find the property that will work for them."
