Kinston Lenoir County Public Library has options for teens to hang out

Many teens find it difficult to talk to peers who don’t always have the same interests as them and they don’t necessarily know where to go to find people who enjoy the same things they do.  Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library is trying to help teens find a place they feel comfortable to socialize and do some of the things they love with others who have the same interests.

December’s teen program schedule creates the perfect opportunity to meet new people, have a good time, and talk about what teens love.  The programs listed below are free and open to all teens in the Lenoir County community and include some all-time favorites

  • Anime Club

  • Art Club

  • Gaming Night/Tournaments

  • Adulting Classes

Sign-up is not required and all equipment and materials will be available to use during the program.  The only requirement is that students are between the ages of 13 and 18. Be sure to check out the flyer or find more information on the Neuse Regional Library Facebook Page.
