The following inspections were conducted by the Lenoir County Health Department:

Falling Creek Service Center

Date: 01/15

Score: 96.5

Observations:

No certified food protection manager present.

Ground sausage stored above raw eggs.

Hot dogs and hamburgers were held below 135F.

Coleslaw in prep unit not date marked.

A few gaskets beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

Employee took order and began to prep food without washing hands.

Utensil left in hand sink.

No hand towels provided at hand sink.

BBQ was 51F-53F.

Foods not cooled properly.

Popper dip in reach-in was made on 1/16/21.

Sanitizer on cook line was too strong.

Employee prepped food without hat or hairnet.

Walk-in freezer door gasket in disrepair and door does not close properly.

Dish machine, inside and outside of refrigeration, cook area, floors, walls, ceiling, and shelving need additional cleaning.

Mop water poured on the ground.
