NWS: Potential for severe weather Wednesday, heavy rain on Thursday

According to the National Weather Service there is a severe weather potential tomorrow and heavy rain on Thursday. The highest confidence in the forecast is in regard to rainfall on Thursday although the placement of highest amounts is still a question mark.

We are more uncertain on the extent of severe thunderstorm activity on Wednesday, but a Slight Risk remains for all but the Outer Banks.
