Chamber of Commerce holds ribbon cutting ceremony for Kodachrome Photo Co
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the Kinston-Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce for Kodachrome Photo Co. Chamber members, ambassadors, and officials from the county were present as business owner Lia Biscardi cut the red ribbon.
Biscardi sees herself as a “jill of all trades.” Originally from upstate New York, she moved to North Carolina about seven years ago.
“I love working with others to make life easier for small businesses,” said Biscardi. “I work with product-based business owners who struggle with receiving the sales they want.”
She assists in creating stunning visual images for their ecommerce websites to increase their traffic and sales abilities.
“I am a still life product photographer and storytelling marketing strategist,” said Biscardi. “I help business owners tell their business and products’ stories through visuals.”
Kodachrome Photo Co. can be found on Instagram and Facebook @kodachromeco. The services offered include business branded product photography, photography education, 1-on-1 photography coaching, storytelling marketing packages, podcast interviews, and event photography.
“The best project I have ever done was working with Melissa from Vanceboro from Classy Hippie Aromatherapy,” said Biscardi. “I told her that her true story was deeper than that and we came up with a collection of photos that showcased the memories that her customers would remember or create through purchasing her products.”
Interested patrons can find Biscardi in and around Kinston. Besides owning her own business, Biscardi works with Magic Mile Media, and photos newborns at hospitals in Pitt County.
