North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission investigates dead fish in Contentnea Creek
Derek Burress - Greene County Commissioner announced on his Facebook page, “While there has been no official notice presented to the Board of Commissioners at the time of this posting, I am aware that there are many reports of dead fish along the banks of the Contentnea Creek in Snow Hill. I have seen them also.
I spoke with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission this morning and received an update on what they were doing. I have full confidence that they will have an answer for us soon.”
