EVENT: smART Kinston host first Artist Talk of 2022
The first Artist Talk of 2022, hosted by smART Kinston, will be at 210 N. Queen Street in Kinston on May 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm. The smART Kinston City Project Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to building Kinston and Lenoir County’s creative economy. Kristy Bock is the featured artist.
There is no cost to the event. With over a decade of experience in creative fiction, Bock published her first book in 2009, with six more published in later years. She will discuss the process of fiction writing and the pitfalls of publishing. She will have a live reading and a book signing after the discussion.
Book lovers of all ages are welcome to come to the free event. The smART Gallery houses many of the works of the smART Kinston City Project artists to explore during the event.
