Observations: 

Major cleaning needed on all shelving/walls in walk in refrigerator, wire kitchen shelving, hood, filters, inside door and hinges of ice machine. 

Serious cleaning and some repair needed on kitchen walls and ceilings, including walk in refrigerator, all ceiling vents are very dusty/greasy/some mold. Clean floors under equipment and in walk in refrigerator.

Certified Food Protection Manager was not on duty. 

Need to use effective hair restraint, no long fingernails, bracelets, or watches. 

Repair faucet assembly on lavatory. 

Moldy ceiling tiles in self-serve area.

Cannister with sugar not labeled. 

Scoop handles are in food product. 

Food service staff needs to wear effective hair restraint. 

Allow pans/pots to air dry before stacking for storage. 

Replace plyers on faucet with actual approved handle. 

Walls/ceilings need cleaning in a few areas such as around air conditioner, in utensil washroom, and employees bathroom.

The ceiling vent in ladies bathroom is very dusty and needs to be kept clean. 

Watches, bracelets, and rings do not need to be worn when working with food.
