Help Wanted: Lenoir County Sheriff's Office - Processing Assistant
The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office has a full time opening for a Processing Assistant.
Sheriff’s Administration Staff will conduct same day interviews and background checks on applicants for this opening starting immediately through Thursday May 6, 2023.
Minimum Requirements- 21 years of age, No felony convictions, other criminal history to be reviewed. Applicants should bring their Driver’s License or Identification Card, Social Security Card and their High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma with them to the office.
Salary is $31,500 and benefits package.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
Answering phones, assisting customers in the lobby, filling out applications on computer for customers, data entry, filing, notarization of forms, payment entry and logging, use of DCI. (Must be completely DCI certified within a year)
