KPD: Check point leads to drug arrest
A-Squad was conducting a checkpoint on Airport Rd. During the checkpoint, officers encountered Robert Etheridge (49) of Fayetteville, NC. During the encounter officers conducted a probable cause search. The search lead to discovery of marijuana, Psilocybin Mushrooms, THC vape pens, THC wax and US currency. Ethridge was arrested and charged with the following:
-Felony Possession of Schedule VI
-Felony Possession of Possession of Schedule 1
-Felony Possession of Marijuana
-Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Schedule 1
-Felony Maintaining a Vehicle
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
