Another remote learning day for South Lenoir High School
Equipment failure related to the storm over the weekend has caused South Lenoir High School to utilize remote learning again on Wednesday. Electricians and contractors are waiting for parts to be delivered to resolve the issue. The parts should arrive on Wednesday.
“Wednesday will also be a remote learning day,” said Patrick Holmes
Previously, South Lenoir High School posted the following on their Facebook Page:
REMOTE LEARNING DAY TUESDAY FOR SOUTH LENOIR HIGH: Parents and students- today was a wonderful day at South Lenoir despite all power issues. We certainly have the best teachers and students there are! Instruction was simply outstanding today. We have assessed the power situation today and feel it will be best to have remote learning tomorrow. Every child has a device and will receive instructions via Canvas from their teachers. This can also be accessed from a phone. Thank you for your continued support of South Lenoir and your student.
