Lenoir County precinct location change
The Lenoir County Board of Elections has announced an immediate change in the voting location for the Kinston 4 voting precinct. The previous location at Tanglewood Church is being replaced by the Kinston Church of Christ, located at 1901 Sunset Ave, Kinston, NC 28504. Voters will cast their ballots in the fellowship hall of the new venue.
This change was necessitated by a decision from Tanglewood Church, which is now serving as a site for a local Home School Hub. The church stated its need for space for the home school groups, prompting the shift to a new polling place.
Kristie Smith, Director of the Lenoir County Board of Elections, confirmed that all affected voters would be notified of this change via mail.
