The Lenoir County Board of Elections has announced an immediate change in the voting location for the Kinston 4 voting precinct. The previous location at Tanglewood Church of God is being replaced by the Kinston Church of Christ, located at 1901 Sunset Ave, Kinston, NC 28504.
