Kinston man charged with felony possession of methamphetamine
Earlier today, detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Harold Patrick Winter Jr., 35, of Kinston.
A traffic stop was conducted on Winter for traffic violations. During the stop, detectives obtained probable cause for a search and located methamphetamine on Winter and needles in his vehicle.
Winter was transported to the Lenoir County Jail and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
