Earlier today, detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Harold Patrick Winter Jr., 35, of Kinston.
The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit concluded a narcotics investigation Thursday with an arrest of a 50-year-old Kinston woman.
On Thursday and Friday, the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office’s narcotics unit and Street Crimes and Ready Response (SCARR) unit arrested three individuals on drug charges: Brandy Hansley, 37, of Kinston; Victor Strickland, 57, of Kinston; and Matthew Whaley, 34, of Kinston.
A Kinston man on probation was arrested today when he was caught with more than 9 pounds of methamphetamine and marijuana in his vehicle by the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office.
On August 3, 2024, KPD officers conducted a traffic stop on NC HWY 11 involving Joshua Farmer (37, of Lenoir County) for a vehicle equipment violation. With the help of K9 Nero, officers discovered methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Farmer was arrested without incident and placed in the LC Jail under a secured bond.
Two La Grange residents were arrested Tuesday night after Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office officials found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at a Wheat Swamp Road residence.
