PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to N.G.G.S §160-D-601 the Public shall take notice that on January 6 , 2025 at 6:00 p.m., during its regular meeting, the La Grange Town Council will hold a public hearing at the La Grange Town Hall, 203 South Center Street, La Grange, North Carolina.

The purpose of the public hearing is regarding a request from CC Taylor Development to rezone a parcel of property identified by the Lenoir County Tax Assessor’s Office as Parcel Number 15826 from R-18 to R-12. The purpose of this public hearing is to gather public comment and input on the proposed request prior to consideration by the Town Council.
