Cabinet area under coffee brewing station in kitchen is still damaged due to water.
Test kits available are expired, they are still functioning properly but need to be replaced with in date strips.
Build up of dirt, dust and debris in all cabinets and handles are visibly sticky.
Minor leak under 3 compartment sink at washing basin and the stopper on the sanitizer sink does not function properly.
Kentucky Fried Chicken

The dumpster needs a plug.
Many of the hot hold units show buildup of crumbs and grease. The one door freezer up front needs cleaning inside.
There are many areas where the wall tile is peeling paint and in need of cleaning grease buildup. The floor needs better cleaning under the equipment. The floor in the walk in freezer and the chicken cooler need much better cleaning. The floor panels in the walk-in-freezer are separating and raising up and are allowing debris to accumulate under them.

One wet wiping cloth on prep unit. Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in solution of approved sanitizer or in the dirty bin.
Employee towel-dries pots and pans. Utensils shall be permitted to air-dry.
Ice machine baffle has much slime from lack of cleaning.
Sprayer for prewash sink has no back flow preventer and is stored on drainboard.

Front of drawers and doors visibly dirty. Observed build up of dirt, debris, crumbs, etc. inside drawers and shelves as well as on the rolling metal racks under the counter/prep line.
There is a leak present at the faucet of the 3-comp sink.
Trash and cardboard was observed on the ground in the dumpster area.
Observed dumpster lids open.

No Certified Food Protection Manager present.
Corners of food preparation sink are not clean. Slicer was not cleaned last night, and then when cleaned this morning, not cleaned by approved methods.
One pan of portioned roast had an expiration date mark of Oct 27, 2024.
Several spray bottles stored touching box of prepackaged dry ingredients.
Pans (plastic and stainless steel) and portion trays stacked wet.
Three-comp sink corners are soiled, drainboard of 3-comp sink is not clean, build-up on faucet handles, etc...Floors of cabinets and tracks on insides of cabinet doors have dust, debris.
Toilets have black crud under rim, and there are other areas on commode showing lack of cleaning.
Leak from ceiling in kitchen dripping in bucket. Ceiling tile absent. Walls are soiled in several areas. Ceiling tiles in back kitchen over food prep areas are not cleanable.
Lighting short in some areas - food preparation sink, 3-compartment utensil wash sink, ladies restroom. Lighting shall be 50 foot candles (ft cd) or more in food prep areas, 20 ft cd or more in utensil wash area and restrooms.

Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed a few flies through out the kitchen.

Observed mold still growing at the wall/can wash juncture.
Lighting in walk in measuring around 1.8 to 2 Foot candles of light. Lighting in walk in refrigerator still not >10 foot candles of light.
