Help wanted: Kinston Housing Authority - Grounds Laborer

Under general supervision, keeps public housing properties clear of trash and debris. Assists with painting duties, changing HVAC filters, moving furniture from vacant units and cleaning vacancies. Must be able to work outside in all seasons. Prefers a good work history.

Beginning Salary: $13.00 per hour depending on experience.

Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid NC driver license.
