NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given that on the 6ᵗʰ day of May 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the La Grange Town Hall, 203 South Center Street, La Grange, North Carolina, the Town Council of the Town of La Grange will conduct a public hearing on the question of annexing the following described property, requested in a petition filed pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 160A-31:
The property of Elizabeth Ann Perry & JD McGee Limited, Inc. Etal. consisting of approximately 97.42 acres, more specifically identified by Lenoir County as Map Number 355611655842, Lenoir County Parcel Number 16543. Interested parties will be heard on the above request at the time and place set forth.
