Jones-Lenoir E911 Center Excels in Recent NC 911 Board Audit

Last month, the NC 911 Board completed an audit of the Jones-Lenoir Emergency Communications Center. Evaluators performed an in-depth review of E911 center policies, procedures, training records, facility equipment, and infrastructure to ensure our operations meet required state Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) standards.

I am proud to report that the NC 911 Board found ZERO deficiencies in our center's operations!!
