Job Description:
Magic Mile Media, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and enjoy administrative tasks in the office and engaging with clients outside the office. This role requires a confident communicator comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, specifically in our three county area of Lenoir, Greene and Jones counties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct administrative tasks and manage client accounts within the office, including email correspondence, drafting letters, creating sales fliers, and more.
Engage with local businesses and decision-makers to build relationships and generate sales.
Work with our social media and digital news teams to create unique marketing campaigns and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
Flexible schedule with the ability to initially work 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment as the role progresses.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite) is necessary.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Compensation:
Hourly wage plus commission (compensation model to be finalized and depends on qualifications).
