PINK HILL – Mi Ranchito Mexican Bar and Grill, a new restaurant specializing in Mex-Tex and traditional Mexican cuisine, opened its doors on Saturday, June 22, 2024. The restaurant, located at 107 N Central Ave., aims to serve the Pink Hill community with a variety of Mexican dishes.

The grand opening was met with enthusiasm from the local community. Kelly Miranda, a patron of the new establishment, praised the food and service. “HANDS DOWN BEST food we've ever had!” Miranda said. “The salsa, omg, I could drink a bucket of it! The perfect amount of cilantro and so finely pureed it's just to die for! Definitely found our new favorite restaurant!”

The restaurant has quickly garnered positive reviews on social media, with patrons commending both the food and the service. Brittney Brown shared her satisfaction with the establishment, stating, “I’m a little embarrassed to say this is my second time this week ordering. I just couldn’t stop thinking about these chicken fajita nachos! The staff is great, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is delicious! So happy to have great food so close by!”

Mi Ranchito Mexican Bar and Grill is a women-owned, Latin-owned business that offers a range of services including takeout, reservations, and in-store pickup.

Hannah Green, another satisfied customer, expressed her excitement about the new dining option in Pink Hill. “Great food and service! So excited to have Mexican food back in Pink Hill!” Green said.

The positive reception has been consistent, with other patrons like Becca and Alsie Carter and Justin Drew Dotson echoing similar sentiments. “Great food and service! We will be regulars! So thankful to have a new place to eat in Pink Hill!” the Carters commented. Dotson added, “Food was great, will be back soon.”
