Erica Miller Joins Magic Mile Media as Business Development Representative
Magic Mile Media has announced the addition of Erica Miller as their new Business Development Representative. Miller, who brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in business development and community service, is set to enhance the company’s outreach and client relations.
“I have worked in Kinston for numerous years previously and then did the whole stay-at-home mom thing for a few years while my kids were extremely little,” Miller said. “I really wanted to come back to Kinston and help the community in any way I could.”
Miller’s diverse background, including her recent position as a director of business development for a Medicaid agency, equipped her with the skills necessary for her new role at Magic Mile Media. She expressed excitement about joining the team after seeing the job ad. “I thought, ‘Oh my goodness, this is me,’” she said. “From what I know of Neuse News and Magic Mile Media, I just felt that I could definitely help and learn so much from being here.”
In her role at Magic Mile Media, Miller will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, as well as generating new business opportunities.
“I have seen Erica in the stands, on the bleachers, and volunteering at her kids' sporting events,” said Magic Mile Media President BJ Murphy. “She's a fun, charismatic and trustworthy individual who loves our community. We're thrilled to have her on our team.”
Miller has already found a sense of belonging at the company. “I love it. I feel like I have found my people. I love the energy here. I love what you all do on a daily basis. I love the interesting characters that come through the door,” she said.
