67 year old Kinston man arrested on felony possession
A 67-year-old Kinston man was arrested today on felony possession of stolen property in a case that started two weeks ago.
On Tuesday, July 9, Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a Willie Measley Road call in La Grange in reference to a felony larceny that had occurred at the residence.
Earlier today, LCSO detectives in the General Investigation Division developed information on the case and obtained a search warrant for the property of 2209 Parker Ford in Kinston. An arrest warrant was also obtained for Mark Anthony Mann for felony possession of stolen property.
The warrant was executed and the stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim. Mann was arrested and transported to the Lenoir County Detention Center, where he received no bond due to being out on bond on other charges.
