Man arrested after assaulting officers at Food Lion on Herritage Street

On August 29, 2024, officers on D-Squad responded to a report of a trespass at Food Lion located at 2407 N Herritage Street. Officers arrived on scene and were advised Henri Frizzell had previously been banned from the property and had returned.

Officers approached Frizzell and he immediately responded by throwing a drink in one of the officers face and began punching another officer. Officers were eventually able to subdue Frizzell and took him into custody.

Frizzel was placed in the the LC Jail under a secured bond for the following:

-Felony Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer

-Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer

-2nd Degree Trespass
