Paige Lord to Speak on Responsible AI at Social Media Summit 2025

On January 31, the Social Media Summit 2025 (SMS2025) will bring industry leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to Kinston to explore the theme "AI + Social: Innovate | Automate | Dominate." Among the distinguished speakers is Paige Lord, Founder and CEO of Just AI, who will share her expertise on the responsible use of artificial intelligence in social media marketing.

Hosted by Magic Mile Media in collaboration with Lenoir Community College’s Small Business Center and Visit Kinston, the one-day event aims to provide attendees with actionable strategies and insights to enhance their careers and businesses. Lord’s participation promises to be a highlight, reflecting her decade-long commitment to promoting responsible AI practices.

“I want to participate in the Summit because it's an opportunity to share with others about the ways they can identify the risks of AI in social media marketing,” said Lord. “More than that, I want to share the ways businesses can craft their own responsible AI perspective, and leverage AI in a way that is beneficial for their businesses and the world.”

Lord’s impressive credentials include over ten years of experience in technology, a master’s degree in legal studies from Harvard University, and a career spanning roles at Microsoft and GitHub, a Microsoft company. She has also earned certifications from the Center for AI and Digital Policy, the Sorbonne AI & Equality initiative, and PROSCI, among others.

At SMS2025, Lord plans to provide practical guidance for businesses navigating AI integration. “I plan to discuss simple ways to ensure that businesses are using and engaging with AI responsibly, so they can protect their brand, reputation, investment and, most importantly, customer trust,” she said.

The Summit aligns with the mission of equipping communities with transformative digital knowledge, a vision Lord actively embodies through her work. As the founder of Just AI, she is driven by a goal to teach 5 million people and 5,000 businesses about responsible AI practices.

“In five years, I see myself as the leader of my company, Just AI, and a sought-after speaker in the world of responsible AI,” she said.

SMS2025 attendees can look forward to learning from industry leaders like Paige Lord while networking with peers and exploring the innovative potential of AI in social media marketing.
