- Confidence is increasing that a low pressure system will bring a threat for some light wintry weather to Eastern North Carolina Friday Night into Saturday

- A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for everywhere except coastal Dare, coastal Hyde, Carteret, and Onslow Counties

  Ice amounts have increased and snow amounts have decreased across eastern NC

- Greatest impacts will likely be in the far northwest portion of the county warning area, which includes Martin, Pitt, Greene, and Lenoir Counties.
