Treasurer Dale R. Folwell, CPA, will be in Kinston on Tuesday, Dec. 12, to return missing funds to Lenoir County 4-H. 4-H is the largest youth development organization in North Carolina, helping to educate the next generation of leaders and equipping them with the skills to succeed, according to its website.
King’s Mountain native Abbigail Barber is the new 4-H and Youth Development Agent. She graduated from NC State with a Bachelor of Science and a double major in Animal Science and Science Technology Studies. She has lived in the area for about three years now.
