The Lenoir County Board of Education hereby gives notice that it plans to sell the property located at 500 Marcella Drive Kinston, NC 28501 (also known as the former TEACHERS MEMORIAL SCHOOL) via the upset bid process of G.S. 115C-518 and 160A-269. The Board is seeking an initial offer to purchase from interested persons. A walkthrough of the property will be held Monday, June 26 at 9 am. Please contact Nicholas E.
