Durham Wendell Outlaw, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with John Mark Fussell officiating. Burial will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at East Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro with military rites.
