Public Notice – The Kinston-Lenoir County Tourism Development Authority will accept 2019/20 Cycle I Special Events and Tourism Related Activities Committee (SETRAC) Grant Applications at 301 North Queen Street, Kinston, NC 28501 until 12 noon, June 28, 2019.
The public is hereby advised that per G.S. 159-12, the City Manager has submitted the proposed budget for the City of Kinston for FY 2019-2020 to the Mayor and the City Council.
Lenoir County Public Schools is in the process of applying for federal funding for the 2019-20 school year through the following Federal Programs:

The public is invited to attend an informational meeting on the plans to conduct an EPA-funded cleanup at the former Harvey Oil site. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. City staff and an environmental consultant will be available to answer questions related to the cleanup plan.
